A Little About Me

Hello, I'm Sydney, and I'm so glad you're here!

Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My love for piano began with my grandmother, who first taught me to play, and grew into a lifelong passion for music.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wheaton College Conservatory of Music, where I studied voice. My musical background includes classical piano, private piano and voice lessons, singing in choirs, and leading worship at church.

My Christian faith is at the heart of who I am. I believe music is a beautiful gift from God, and I love helping others discover and develop their own musical gifts.

My Heart for Teaching

I believe that every student is uniquely created by God with their own gifts, strengths, and potential.

My goal is to provide a peaceful, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable learning, growing in confidence, and expressing themselves through music.

Beyond developing musical skills, I hope to inspire creativity, patience, and a lifelong love for music.

My faith guides the way I teach, and I pray to reflect Jesus' love through kindness, patience, and encouragement. Students of all backgrounds are welcome!
